On 1st September, the Wiggins family moved from Hilversum in the Netherlands to be part of a new church plant in the Western suburbs of Paris. A team of over 20 people from the US and Europe are working together establish a new church called “The Bridge”.  

The Bridge is an international

church coming to greater Paris in Spring 2010. An English-language church, The Bridge will locate in the west and southwest suburbs of Paris and offer gatherings featuring contemporary worship music and messages from the Bible that apply to daily life.

The Bridge will function as a Church planting engine for the Paris area and offer internship and ministry mentoring.  It will also provide the opportunity for short-term teams to serve in outreach, construction, and arts ministry.

The team-based ministry centre will work in the community to partner with local pastors/leaders to birth churches in Paris and throughout Europe, train missionaries, and connect and empower ethnic fellowships to reach the people of Europe with the Gospel.
